3757407 - Country Specific compensation information fields missing for users without existing Compensation record in Latest People Profile Edit/History UI - 1H 2026

• When the Latest Editing and History UI is enabled, the country-specific compensation information field is not displayed for active users who do not have an existing compensation record.
• However, when the Latest Editing and History UI is disabled, the compensation information portlet correctly displays the country-specific field 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Search for a user with no existing compensation information record.
2. Open the Compensation section.
3. Select edit on Compensation Information and add a new record.
4. Observe that the Country Specific Compensation Information fields are missing

SAP Engineering team are investigating into this issue.

• The issue will be fixed via patch PTCH-50276 (1H2026P8) which is scheduled for 9th June 2026 in Preview and 11th June 2026 in Production environments.

Workarounds:

1. Use “Take Action”
   Navigate to Take Action → Change Job and Compensation Info → Compensation Info to view and maintain the country-specific compensation fields.
2. Disable Latest Editing and History UI (temporary):
   Temporarily disable the Latest Editing and History UI for Compensation Information to restore visibility of the country-specific fields until a fix is released.
