3757473 - Some cost centers are not being exported via program ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT even though the filters are present in table ARBCIG_TVARV

I'm using the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network (ISMG) integration and I'm exporting cost centers using the program ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT. When I do it, I can see some cost centers from some company codes are not being exported by the ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program even though the filters for these objects (company codes/cost centers) are maintained in table ARBCIG_TVARV.
