3757482 - Some widgets/charts are unavailable or fail to refresh in ACTIVITY_LOG based story post migration to HANA Cloud tenant

Symptom

  • "Filter unusable as the object no longer exists."
  • Error in HAR trace: "Caught exception : exception 42208: Can't read the view : _SYS_BIC:t.2.sap.fpa.services.userFriendlyPerfLog/ACTIVITY_LOG"
  • "Filter unavailable This filter is no longer usable because the data source, dimension or selected hierarchy no longer exists, the dimension has a missing required hierarchy, or the dimension type has changed"
  • "Gregorian_Hierarchy" was not found in the data source.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Migrate SAC tenant to HANA Cloud
  2. Open a story that uses the model "Activity Log".
  3. Observe that some widgets do not load and the message "Filter unusable as the object no longer exists" appears.
