3757483 - Similar Ticket Recommendation Model training fails

A time after starting the training of a new Model, it fails

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Administrator Work center
2. Open the Prediction Services View
3. Click on Model Setup
4. Select Similar Ticket Recommendation Scenario
5. Click on Add Model
6. Select the new Model and Click on Train

Training could fails due to insufficient data volume for the Similar Ticket Recommendation model. Recommended criteria: at least one year of tickets with change history data and approximately 22,000 completed tickets.

• Verify that at least one full year of tickets with change history data is available for training.
• Confirm that the dataset includes approximately 22,000 or more completed tickets.
• If the dataset is below the recommended threshold, increase the available training data (for example, by extending the time range or ensuring change history is captured) before starting training.
