• Suffix from the picklist is getting added on the Pennsylvania Residency form.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure a suffix picklist on the candidate profile.
2. Start Onboarding and open the Pennsylvania Residency form in Compliance.
3. Observe that the suffix value from the candidate profile picklist is populated on the form.

• For the specific form, the field PA_SWH_SUFFIX is configured under metadataForFormFields with the entity path personalInfo, and the field is mapped to externalCode.
• Navigate to Manage Business Configuration and review the personalInfo configuration. The Identifier Suffix field is associated with the rcmCpSuffix picklist.
• Since the selected picklist value has the external code rcmCpSuffix_IV (Navigate to Picklist Center and search for the rcmCpSuffix picklist), the form populates the external code value instead of the label, resulting in rcmCpSuffix_IV being displayed rather than IV.

1. Update the picklist option externalCode to the desired value (for example, change rcmCpSuffix_IV to IV) in the rcmCpSuffix picklist.
2. Alternatively, change the PA_SWH_SUFFIX field configuration in metadataForFormFields to use label instead of externalCode for the personalInfo entity.
3. Maintain these adjustments in the fieldMetaOverride configuration.
4. Validate the change by initiating Onboarding and confirming the Residency form shows the expected suffix value.
