How to change the Job Owner of E-Verify Status Synchronization job in Provisioning?
The Job was created using a specific user account, and customers would like to change the Job Owner to another admin user.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
The Job Owner of an existing E-Verify Status Synchronization Job cannot be changed directly in Provisioning.
To update the Job Owner:
- Go to Provisioning → Manage Scheduled Jobs
- Locate the E-Verify Status Synchronization Job
- Note the current job settings
- Deactivate or delete the existing job
- Recreate the job using the desired admin account

Q: Will recreating the job delete or cancel in-progress E-Verify cases?
A: No. Existing E-Verify cases remain available in the system.
Q: Will there be any impact while the job is inactive?
A: Status synchronization updates may be temporarily delayed until the new job is created and runs successfully.
Q: Will pending updates be lost?
A: No. After the new job runs successfully, pending updates should continue syncing normally.
Q: Can users still refresh E-Verify data during the transition?
