3757511 - Custom Background Element Field missing in People Profile Create Card - 1H 2026

Element Name Not Displayed While Creating a Background Element from Configure Latest People Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile 

1. Navigate to Configure Latest People Profile
2. Background Information > Create Card > Custom background Element > no Element Name
   
   

This is due to configuration issue.

• Login user locale is en_uk (say), and in the data model, the en_gb labels are currently empty. 
• To resolve this, please choose one of the following:
  • Fill in the right label in the label needed   <label xml:lang="en-GB">label needed</label> OR
  • Delete the whole label tag if you are comfortable with the fallback. In that case, it will fall back to the company locale label or the default label.
