3757513 - System Error in opportunities note editing

- During the Opportunity creation process, the Notes section does not allow entering a note.
- Error message during creation: "You cannot create or update plain text notes once you have enabled rich text notes."
- The Rich Text Notes field is not available for adding to the creation screen via Adaptation Mode.

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

1. Login to customer tenant
2. Go to Navigation Menu
3. Navigate to Opportunities
4. Click + to create a new Opportunity.
5. Try to add a note in the Notes section.
6. System throws error: "You cannot create or update plain text notes once you have enabled rich text notes." or observe that the rich text options are not available

The hypernotes section is not added.

1. Go to Navigation Menu
2. Go to Guided Selling
3. Click on Create
4. Click on User Menu
5. Click Start Adaptation
6. In the Create screen, Click manage section
7. Click on Add
8. Add the Hypernotes section
