3757516 - PCA task list SAP_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_EXPORT fails with “The argument ‘( 0.076) abap2vcs.jar delivery of version 1.29.0 for 916 and 917 (note 3680055)’ cannot be interpreted as a number.”

When running task list SAP_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_EXPORT in transaction STC01, the task "Prepare PCA Refresh Parallel Import Processing" or “Prepare PCA Environment Check - File system and Tool” stops with below error:
