3757527 - Adding custom order in table does not open Create Custom Order panel

• Could not open Create Custom Order panel when adding Customer Order.
• Or even opening the Create Custom Order panel, there is warning message when attempting to add a measure custom order: "A custom order can not be created because of the following issue: Error during execution CL_BICS_INA_PROC_DATA_QV _ADD_FORMULA_MEMBER_RECU ILLEGAL_FORMULA_OPERAND: correctID"
