Symptom
- When hiring via Add Contingent Worker, the Termination Date entered in Identity Information is not retained after saving as draft and reopening from Manage Pending Hires (Drafts).
- The Termination Date does not automatically default into the End Date field in the Work Order section as expected.

Reproducing the Issue
- Start Add Contingent Worker and enter all required details, including Termination Date in Identity Information.
- Save the transaction as a draft.
- Open the draft via Manage Pending Hires > Contingent Worker (Drafts).
- Observe the Termination Date is blank/not retained.
- Re-enter Termination Date and continue; the Work Order section’s End Date does not auto-populate from Termination Date.
Cause
Known issue.
Resolution
Our Engineering team has confirmed that the issue will be patched via ECT-272233.
Patch dates:
- Preview: May 26th 2026;
- Production: May 28th 2026.
