3757572 - Self-locking CO469 during process order cancellation with goods movements

Symptom

During process order cancellation, error CO469 - "Order & is already being processed by &" occurs when reversing goods movements 102/262. Additionally, the order is being processed by the same user who is canceling the process order. Although the postings are successful, self-locking entries appear in transaction code COGI.
