3757582 - Cyclic dependency found in a runtime procedure

Symptom

After updating HANA DB to patch version 2.00.079.06 or higher, the procedures are no longer working as expected and the following error message is displayed:

"Could not execute...
[129]: transaction rolled back by an internal error:...Cyclic dependency found in a runtime procedure: Not allowed to call/modify runtime procedure..."
