3757590 - DBIF_DSQL2_SQL_ERROR with Invalid column name 'sysstat4' is reported - ASE on Business Suite

After applying the BASIS 740 SP34 upgrade from SP12, a dump occurs as shown below when attempting to activate a table after adding new columns.
ASE 15.7 is used as a database for Business Suite.
