3757598 - SSAM: iOS users receive Error 530001 'Access not allowed' due to unregistered device

Symptom

Users experience intermittent login failures on iOS devices when accessing SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM). Even with valid credentials, the login fails with the following error:"Error Code 530001: Access not allowed"

This behavior is device-specific; a user may successfully log in on one device but get blocked on another.
