3757629 - Calculated Volume value is inconsistent with Calculated Charge in Monitor Bank Fees - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

In app Monitor Bank Fees, the Calculated Volume value is inconsistent or does not align with the Calculated Charge value.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Monitor Bank Fees app.
  2. Check the details of the bank fee records.
  3. Notice that the value displayed in the Calculated Volume field does not mathematically match or reconcile with the value in the Calculated Charge field.

Cause

This inconsistency typically occurs because the Calculated Charge has not yet been synchronized with the latest underlying volume data.

Resolution

To resolve this data mismatch and update the values, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Monitor Bank Fees app.
  2. Locate the specific record or entry showing the inconsistency and select it.
  3. Click the "Refresh Status" button located on the UI.
  4. The system will trigger a recalculation and update to the latest, correct Calculated Charge value.
