3757665 - Short dump CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_ACTIVE occurs when execute smartform function module

Symptom

  • Below Short dump occurs during the processes of transferring data/print application document etc.. which will call smartform.

    Short Text
       The function module is not active or does not contain any code. 
     Possible causes:                                                                           
    a) Function module "/1BCDWB/SF000000XX" has not been activated. This means that it cannot be found at runtime.                                                                 
    b) The function library contains an incorrect entry for "/1BCDWB/SF0000000X".
    c) The function module does not contain any code at all. Even FUNCTION ... ENDFUNCTION is missing.
