Symptom

Creating chart with SDI blending failed with the following error in SAC story:

  • Failed to fetch data

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2026.2.14

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure and enable SDI blending following guide:
    Blend Data (SDI-Based) Between SAP BW Live Data Models and Import Data Models | SAP Help Portal 
  2. Create a new chart, add models that added to SDI blending.
  3. See no data is showing in the chart and error showing:
    Failed to fetch data
