3757715 - Authorization Policies cannot be maintained due to missing Master Data

• You are Configuring System Access and would like to restrict the User Access to Process Insights system to specific users using an authorization policy.
• While trying to limit the access of users via Authorization Policies with limiters like "Company Code" (ERP_BUKRS) or "Sales Organization" (ERP_VKORG) you cannot maintain them: Button "All Attributes Values" is greyed out and it is not possible to active/deactivate it and choose a specific value, there is also no numeric information about number of values for that attribute (semantic ID)
• For the attributes with the option disabled, it shows "Master data for attributes and attribute values is not yet available."
• You have read this information in the product documentation Attribute-Based Access Rules -> Master Data as Basis

The attributes and values shown are based on the master data collected from the connected source system for which you want to create an authorization policy. You therefore only see attributes and attributes values that are maintained in your source system and included in the master data sent to SAP Signavio Process Insights. The attributes and attribute values shown here aren't taken from the performance indicator data collected from your source system.

You can only configure access for those attributes that have already been sent to SAP Signavio Process Insights.
