3757733 - 360 Detailed Report Instruction Text Translation

For the Instruction text in the 360 Detailed Report, updating the translation of the message key through Manage Form Label Translations, forms does not reflect the change.

• In the form XML, add a message key for the Instruction on the 360 Detailed Report:
  • <instruction-sect msgKey="xxxx"><![CDATA[]]></instruction-sect>
• Attempt to update the message key value in a completed form
• Instruction is not updated.

The instruction translation label in the 360 detailed report is fetched from the Process Owner's form.

If you import the Instruction translation label into the system before PO sends the form to the evaluation stage, then the updated instruction translation label would have reflected in 360 detailed report but as it was imported when the form was in the En-Route folder(i.e. the PO’s form is uneditable) then it is not updated.

Form label translation must be updated prior to the form moving to the Evaluation or Completed stage.
