3757744 - ???RCM_LINK_TOOLTIP_MESSAGE??? message instead of prompting link friendly text

If hyperlink field is used in the latest applicant workbench the text that appears when hovering over the link shows ???RCM_LINK_TOOLTIP_MESSAGE??? instead of the configured friendly text.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to an application on the latest applicant workbench with a hyperlink field
2. Hover over the URL to see the broken tool tip message

Tooltip message was attempting to pull a label that was hardcoded which was not required.

Hardcoded label pull removed and correct label text will be pulled in it's place.

Issue is to be added to micro service patch on 11th June.
