3757780 - France eInvoicing / eReporting via Approved Platform: Error "Logical Port is assigned to proxy 'CO_UBL_SEND*" during integration setup

During the setup of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance for France, the following error occurs in transaction SOAMANAGER while configuring logical ports: 
"Logical Port is assigned to proxy 'CO_UBL_SEND'"

The issue can occur in landscapes where:

• SAP DRC is already configured for another country/region
• Multiple SAP BTP subaccounts are used across different regions (for example, cf-eu10 and cf-eu02)
• Existing logical ports or proxy configurations are reused

The error is raised while attempting to create additional logical ports for the France setup.
