Workflow Approval History not visible in Latest People Profile UI (Latest Editing & History UI enabled)

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflow

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to the Compensation section of employee
2. With the Latest UI enabled, the Workflow Approval History section is not visible.
3. However, when the Latest UI is disabled, the Workflow Approval History is displayed correctly.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

  • The issue will be fixed via patch scheduled on 9th June in Preview and 11th June in Production environments
  • Workaround :Disable Latest People Profile Edit and History via Configure Latest People Profile
