        <TypeID>100(FS4BPU_EMPL_MINIMSTR)</TypeID>
        <SeverityCode>3</SeverityCode>
        <Note>No Business Users provided.</Note>
</Item>

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

There are 2 main reasons for the error to be raised:

  1. There is no business user created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  2. The business user passed by the IAS system to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition does not match the worker ID created in the S/4Hana tenant.

Resolution

To check the reason for the issue:

  1. Access the Maintain Business Users app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  2. Search for the username being provisioned from the IAS system.
    • In case the user is not found, please ensure that a worker and business user is created. For more details, please refer to the following document: SAP Help Center - Create a Business User
    • In case the business user is found, open the business user and check the Worker ID field. This is the field that needs to be matched with the IAS login name or employee number.
