3757828 - Time Account Balance Card Does Not Have Option To View Balance Based On Time Type In Latest People Profile

Symptom

In Latest People Profile, the Time Account Balance card shows balance as per the time account type and not based on time type.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Employee's Full Profile
  2. Time Management Category > Time Account Balance card
  3. There is no option to view balance based on the time types

Cause

This is currently expected behaviour

Resolution

  • Product Engineering is working on an enhancement to include Time Type based balance as well, which is planned in the future but not yet confirmed.
  • Enhancement Number is TIM-58514
  • Please reach out to your CSM/CEE to track the progress of the enhancement.
