Symptom

  • Dispute status in Transportation Management (TM) does not update to "Resolved" after the carrier accepts the proposed amount.
  • Inbound message TransportationDisputeCaseNotification_IN posts successfully, but the dispute remains "In Dispute".
  • XML payload contains ResolutionStatusCode = 09, yet the lifecycle status does not change.
