3757899 - Executive Review Displays “An Application Error Occurred” After Selecting the Calibration Template

• An error occurs when opening Executive Review after selecting a calibration template.
• Error message: 

“An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorID=33c7b018-5d16-46a1-a850-de5eccf29be1, timestamp=2026-05-19T13:28:33.234+0000, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.”

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Proxy as a user with the Executive Reviewer role.
2. Navigate to the Calibration page from the main menu.
3. Open the Executive Review tab.
4. Select the affected calibration template.
5. Observe that the application error appears.

• When building filter options on the Executive Review page, if any single filter list exceeds 10,000 distinct users (Subject Name, Manager, or Owner), a backend null pointer exception can occur during chart/filter loading.
• The issue is specific to Executive Review filter construction and occurs before the page renders charts/dashboards.

The correction is planned for the 2605P7 patch release:

• Preview Environment: June 2, 2026
• Production Environment: June 4, 2026

Workaround:

1. Determine which Executive Review filter list exceeds 10,000 distinct users for the affected template (Subject Name, Manager, or Owner).
2. If Subject Name or Manager is the cause, disable the corresponding filter under Manage Calibration Settings for the template, then retest loading Executive Review.
3. If the Owner filter exceeds 10,000, note that it cannot be disabled; there is no customer-side workaround for this case.
