3757922 - [2H2026] Not able to proxy user with global assignment profile when the new navigation experience is enabled

• Unable to proxy a user on global assignment when the 'Enable SAP user experience updates' is activated.
• Error message displayed: "target user needs to be selected," or the search may not display correctly and user cannot be selected.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Company System and Logo Settings.
3. Enable the option "Enable SAP user experience updates".
4. Save, then wait a few seconds.
5. Open the left menu > Proxy Now.
6. Search for a user on global assignment.
7. Attempt to select the user and observe that selection is not possible and/or the error "target user needs to be selected" appear.

The Product Engineering team has implemented a fix, and after upgrading to the next release, the issue should no longer occur.

Workaround:

1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings.
2. Locate the option "Enable SAP user experience updates".
3. Disable this setting.
4. Save the changes.
