3757983 - The integration Suite (CPI) is returning a 401 Unauthorized error when communicating with C4C

Symptom

Integration Suite (CPI) is returning a 401 Unauthorized error whenever it attempts to communicate with C4C following the renewal of the certificate in the Communication Arrangement.
The certificate was successfully renewed and reactivated in the C4C Communication Arrangement, and the same key/certificate was deployed in the Integration Suite keystore, yet the issue persists.
