3757996 - "No service found for namespace '', name 'API_CAQS_QUERY_DESIGN_O2', version '0001'

Symptom

  • Unable to edit any published query in the Custom Analytical Queries (CAQ) app; clicking Edit does nothing and no draft is created.
  • Issue affects every published query, not a specific one.
  • No error pop-up is shown in the app.
  • When opening CAQ app, the DevTools (F12) show 403 Forbidden error with message: "No service found for namespace '', name 'API_CAQS_QUERY_DESIGN_O2', version '0001'.
  • In /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, the same error appears: "No service found for namespace '', name 'API_CAQS_QUERY_DESIGN_O2', version '0001'".
