3758017 - Perform maintenance jobs(F5104A): time confirmation shows error or spinner instead of warning when work deviation exceeded

Symptom

  • In the Perform Maintenance Jobs app, when recording time with actual hours greater than planned and final confirmation is enabled, the operation does not move from PCNF to CNF and the UI keeps spinning.
  • The POST request to MaintOrderConfirmation returns HTTP 400.
  • Message RU/218: "Actual work + remaining work deviates by more than 100% from planned work."
  • A JavaScript error "URI malformed" in RecordTimeDialog prevents the warning from being shown.
  • After an initial correction, a warning message is still displayed as a hard error instead of a warning during time confirmation.
