3758019 - unable to import brf+ opd files and output errors for maintenance order (spool request could not be found)

Symptom

  • Unable to import BRF+ files for Output Parameter Determination (OPD).
  • Error “Spool request could not be found” (APOC_OR_MESSAGES 145) when displaying PDF from output item in new output management.
  • Output type JOB_CARD fails with errors: APOC_OR_MESSAGES 152 “The selected output device does not support PDF files” and APOC_OR_MESSAGES 260 “No output possible for output item due to inconsistencies”.
  • Error when saving output to DMS/KPro: APOC_OR_MESSAGES 415 and 255; SOMU_ERROR007 “No files for physical object”.
  • “Form template is not valid for assigned form type 1” when assigning a SmartForm to form type 1 (Output Forms – Gateway interface).
