• The Date of Joining field in Standard Compliance Form 11 needs to be removed.
• The mapping of the Date of Joining field in Standard Compliance Form 11 needs to be altered.
• No specific error messages are shown.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open Standard Compliance Form 11.
2. Locate the Date of Joining field.
3. Attempt to remove the field or alter its mapping.

• The Date of Joining field is part of the standard compliance form structure and cannot be removed.
• Field mappings in standard compliance forms are system-controlled; modifying or removing them may not be supported.

• Currently, it is not possible to remove or hide the “Date of Joining” field from the standard Compliance Form 11 in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• This is expected system behavior as the field is part of the standard delivered compliance form content.
• If additional flexibility is required, customers may submit an enhancement request through the SAP Influence Portal for future consideration by Product Management.
