3758059 - Error when finalizing item revision in learning administration

Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to finalize the revision of an item in Learning administration.
  • Caused by: com.ibatis.common.jdbc.exception.NestedSQLException: --- The error occurred while executing query

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Learning administration
  2. Search for and select the affected item.
  3. Click Actions, then select Revise.
  4. Complete all required fields.
  5. Click Finalize Revision, then proceed through Next steps.
  6. Observe that an error occurs.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Script can be provided to resolve this issue as a workaround until the fix is available.
