3758088 - Can't select application status list in recruiting rules - Recruiting Management

Candidate status not correctly mapped in recruiting rules and the expected statuses from the applicant status configuration are not available for selection.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access Manage rules in recruiting.
2. Create or edit a business rule at the Job Application level.
3. Select Candidate Status in the statements.
4. The expected list of applicant statuses is not available.

Internal labels were not configured for the statuses in the applicant status configuration.

1. Admin tool -> Edit Applicant Status Configuration.
2. Locate the applicant status configuration.
3. Enter and maintain the Internal Label field for every statuses.
4. Save and publish the applicant status configuration.
5. Reopen the affected rules and verify that Candidate Status now shows the full list of statuses.
