3758126 - After clicking the "Actual Data" button, the yield quantity is not populated in Confirm Production Order Operation (CO11N) app

When entering an automatic final confirmation for an operation:

• After clicking "Actual Data" button, the yield quantity field remains blank in Confirm Production Order Operation (CO11N) app.
• Manually enter a yield quantity for operation, warning message RU442 "Up until now only & confirmed for predecessors 0010 / 0" occurs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Confirm Production Order Operation app, partially confirm each operation with same qty.
2. Enter an automatic final confirmation for operation 0010, click "Actual Data" button.
3. Observe that the yield quantity field is automatically populated.
4. Enter an automatic final confirmation for operation 0020, click "Actual Data" button.
5. Observe that the yield quantity field remains blank.
6. Manually enter a yield quantity for operation 0020 and press Enter, warning message RU442 "Up until now only & confirmed for predecessors 0010 / 0" occurs.

This is because Operation Sequence Check is set as "Warning when operation sequence is not adhered to" in configuration activity 102440 - Define Confirmation Parameters.

With this setting, the system will check 

• Whether preceding operations have already been confirmed?
• Whether the confirmed yield from the preceding operations exceed the total confirmed quantity of the operation to be confirmed?

If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the yield quantity will not be fetched automatically after clicking "Actual Data" and error RU442 will occur when manually enter yield quantity.

• Make sure the preceding operations are confirmed before confirming a subsequent operation.
• Make sure the confirmed yield of the preceding operations is greater than or equal to the total quantity to be confirmed in the subsequent operation.
