• All folders appear missing on the sftp server; integrations (integration center, cpi, etc.) fail.
• Error message: "FTP transport failed to get data file from FTP server: sftp8.successfactors.eu. Error: Directory doesn't exist in FTP server: /outgoing"
• Error message: "Folder /outgoing/PROD/EX/SF/Active
•  should exist relative to the logged in user home directory and user should have write access to the folder. Failed due to Cannot store file: outgoing/EX/SF/Active/sf_export.csv"
• Intermittent occurrences observed during specific time windows (for example, several hours during the night); issue later clears without configuration changes.
