3758134 - 360 form comment box UI issues

There are comment box UI issues in 360 forms:

1. HTML tags appear in goal/competency comment area after the goal was edited.

2. Entered comment disappears from the form after saving.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

I. HTML tags appear in goal/competency comment area after the goal was edited:

1. Open the 360 form.

2. Add a comment to a goal.

3. Click edit goal, change it and save a goal.

4. See the HTLM tags appearing in all comment fields of the form.

II. Entered comment disappears from the form after saving:

1. Open the 360 form.

2. Click edit goal, change it and save a goal.

3. Notice that the comment field looks narrower than usual.

3. Proceed adding a comment to a goal.

4. Click Save or Save and close button.

5. Reopen the form and see, that the comment disappeared.

The issues are planned to be fixed within the 2H 2026 release upgrade:

- preview systems: October 12th 2026;

- production systems: November 13th 2026.

Workaround:

Refresh the browser page after adding, editing, deleting a goal or adding, deleting a competency.
