3758172 - Payment proposal in F110 do not reflect changes to withholding tax after changes in FB02

Symptom

  • In f110 automatic payment, the payment proposal continues to display the original withholding tax base amount after the withholding tax base and withholding tax amount were changed in fb02.
  • After re-allocating the invoice in f110, the wht amount reflects the corrected value, but the wht base amount remains at the pre-change value.
  • No error message is shown.
