3758206 - Manage Permission Roles page not found in SuccessFactors

• No one has access to Manage Permission Roles.
• Even though the Manage RBP Access is set as per Granting Administrators Access to Role-Based Permissions, admins still can't access the page

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 

1. Log in to the instance
2. Go to Manage Action Search
3. Go to Manage Permission Roles
4. Confirm that 'Manage, Modify, Change, Perm Based' are granted

This is not due to the Role Based Permission settings. A possible reason can be that the action search index of this function need to be refreshed.
