3758207 - Subpage creation option "Add subpage" disabled for custom pages in SAP Cloud ALM Monitoring applications

Symptom

  • In any SAP Cloud ALM Monitoring application (HM, RUM, SUM, IEM, etc), the "Add Subpage" action for a custom page is visible but disabled (cannot be clicked).
  • No error message is shown.
  • Even with Monitoring Admin and Global Admin role collections assigned, the option remains unavailable.
