Symptom

  • Windows AD authentication page in central management console shows below error:

com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.webi.internal.Webi (loaded by com.businessobjects.plugins.RepoAccess@175112 org.eclipse.osgi.internal.baseadaptor.DefaultClassLoader) cannot be cast to com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.desktop.usergroup.IUserGroup (loaded by com.businessobjects.boesdk@138222 org.eclipse.osgi.internal.baseadaptor.DefaultClassLoader)

  • Errors for example:

getPluginProcessingInterface(): key=343,category=desktop

unpack(): ID=29701,name=Product - Imprint MAT Sales Snapshot (All Agencies) - L3 MAT, bag size=1
