3758256 - Fiori app Manage Allocations (F3338): message GA709 - No valid receiver entries found during overhead allocation

• When running an allocation cycle in the Manage Allocations app (F3338), the allocation does not execute and the following warning is raised: "No valid receiver entries were found" (GA709)
• No receivers are posted to despite a valid receiver selection configuration being in place.
• The issue does not occur when using Top-Down Distribution cycles with the same configuration.
