3758302 - Unable To Create GPO Contract With Reference Template Due To Error

When attempting to create a GPO with a reference template, the system shows the error: "Supplier has changed. Please navigate to optionality tab." The optionality tab does not reflect the latest supplier selection from the partner functions unless the user navigates to the optionality tab.
