Symptom
Within the Manage Home Page section, when a user selects any card and proceeds to create a new card or edit an existing one, the Target Population configuration is available. Upon choosing the Add Group or Edit Group option within this section, the group selection pop-up is displayed in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
- Navigate to Manage Home Page using the search bar.
- Select Manage Organizational Update.
- Open the Default Folder.
- A list of entries will be displayed.
- Select any entry and click the Edit icon.
- In the pop-up window, go to Assignments > Target Group.
- Click on the three-dot menu and select Add Group.
- Observe that the group selection pop-up appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Cause
This issue occurs due to incorrect UI rendering behavior when navigating between multiple admin pages within the same browser tab. As a result, the system does not properly position the Group Selection (Group Definition) pop-up, causing it to appear in the bottom-right corner instead of the expected centered view.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in the QA environment and is scheduled to be deployed to production as part of the 2H 2026 release.
Workaround:
As a temporary solution, users are advised to open each administrative page in a separate browser tab rather than navigating between multiple pages within the same tab.
For example:
- Tab 1: Manage Quick Actions
- Tab 2: Manage Organizational Updates
Using this approach ensures that the Group Definition dialog opens correctly in both tabs.
