3758400 - "No context help for this view" error when rehiring Contingent Worker – Employee Central

When rehiring a Contingent Worker, the error message "No context help for this view" is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log in as the user that will perform the rehire or Proxy with someone else;
2. Navigate to Add Contingent Worker and fill the required fields > Choose Rehire with New Employment or Accept Match;
3. Modify the Work Order dates (for example, start date or end date) and continue;
4. Observe the error "No context help for this view".

1. Permission for "Work Order (correct)" is not added to Access user RBP; or
2. Target user is not included in RBP's Target Population.

1. Add "Work Order (correct)" permission to Access user RBP;
2. Adjust Target Population for the Access Employee to include Target user in RBP's Target Population.
