3758440 - Performance Form Comments Box Shows ???subject's???

Symptom

When accessing a performance form in French or Korean, the message key for comment boxes displays ???subject's??? instead of the system default translation. An example is:

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Platform

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors with French or Korean
  2. In the hamburger menu, select Performance > Reviews
  3. Select a performance form
  4. Locate a section with a comments field
  5. Observe the label/text shows ???subject's???

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.

Workaround
