3758462 - Career explorer shows "internal server error" when opening recommended roles

• "Internal Server Error" appears when selecting a recommended role in Career Explorer.
• The error appears briefly and then the recommended roles load.
• Network trace shows error details: code "Internal Server Error", message "An error occurred while performing search".

1. Go to Development Plan from the home menu.
2. Open Career Explorer.
3. See a number of recommended roles in Card.
4. Click a recommended role.
5. Observe the "Internal Server Error" message.
