3758511 - "Entitlement Amount" field is blank on the Enrollment / Claim Record, even if there is a value populated on the Import File - Employee Central

Customer's requirement is to populate the entitlement amount via import file and not by benefit configuration or eligibility rule. However, after the import, the record is created with the "Entitlement Amount" field empty.

1. Configure a reimbursement or Allowance type of benefit with "Entitlement amount" set to -1 or null;
2. Disable the eligibility rule;
3. Create the import file and populate the entitlement amount with the required value;
4. Import the enrollment
5. See that the record was created correctly with all the other fields, except the "entitlement amount"

This is currently a system limitation. The Entitlement Amount field is read-only, and it will only respect either the Entitlement amount set on the benefit configuration or the value set on the eligibility rule.

If the entitlement amount is set to -1 or is Null (which is either an unlimited amount, with no specific value, or no value at all) and there is no eligibility rule to define the value, the system will overwrite the value populated on the file with a "null" value. 

If there is an eligibility rule in place, the value informed on the imported file will be overwritten with the value set by the rule. 

The standard entitlement amount field needs to be defined via benefit configuration, on the Entitlement Amount field, or via an eligibility rule. As it is a read-only field, it is not possible to manually add it via Manage Data or Benefit Admin Overview.
