3758513 - The last run date is not updated after run a profile or a rule task in SAP Information Steward

Symptom

After run a profiling task or calculate rule task, some information related to the task is not updated. E.g. the "Last Run Date", "Status" are not updated according to the latest executed task and "Download log file" will only download an empty file.

Also the error message "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/fasterxml/jackson/databind/JsonNode" appears in the latest trace log file jobserver_<nodename>_*trace.*.glf under <INSTALLDIR>/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/logging/.
